The problem
Producing short-form video at scale is slow and manual: scripting, voiceover, captions, rendering, and posting to each platform. I wanted a system that goes from a single topic to a published video with zero manual steps.
What I built
- AI script generation with OpenAI
- Voiceover with ElevenLabs and captions/transcription with Deepgram
- Automated video assembly with FFmpeg
- Reliable batch processing through BullMQ job queues
- Direct auto-publishing to TikTok and YouTube
- Stripe subscriptions and Google/Apple OAuth for the product layer
